Mentoring Teachers and
Curriculum Support Service
Abiding Heart offers a comprehensive mentoring and curriculum implementation service for teachers, home educators, and schools worldwide. We work across a wide range of educational settings, including homeschools, government and state schools, independent and Waldorf/Steiner schools, contemplative and holistic centres, as well as secular and faith-based institutions, NGOs, and INGOs.
Our mentoring programme supports educators working with Kindergarten/Early Years (ages 4–6) through Primary to Early Secondary (Classes 1–7, ages 6–13). We accompany teachers in developing the skills, understanding, and confidence needed to bring meaningful, child-centred education into practice.
We offer a structured yet flexible pathway that integrates:
-
Curriculum understanding and application
-
Practical classroom support
-
Ongoing reflective teacher development
Our work includes curriculum guidance and implementation support, as well as the option for bespoke curriculum design, tailored to the unique needs of each school or educational community.
For schools working within the tradition of Waldorf education, we offer:
-
The full traditional Waldorf curriculum
-
Or a bespoke Waldorf-informed curriculum, thoughtfully adapted to your specific context
Rooted in a holistic understanding of education, our approach brings together curriculum, pedagogy, and the inner development of the educator.
At the heart of our work is a simple intention: to support both the outer craft of teaching and the inner life of the teacher. Through this, we help cultivate learning environments where children feel safe, inspired, and free to grow into who they are
