Options and Fees
Exceptional Value for Teachers, Schools and Educators
Our mentoring programmes offer high-quality, consistent support at a significantly reduced rate compared with our standard £60 per contact hour.

Foundation Track: £5,500 for up to 125 hours — approximately £44/hour

Enhanced Track: £7,500 for up to 140 online hours — approximately £53/hour, or £44/hour when in-person support is included
With regular 1:1 mentoring, curriculum guidance, practical classroom support and access to Abiding Heart’s resources, these programmes provide exceptional value for long-term teacher development and school support.
Foundation Mentoring Track
Foundation Mentoring Track – £5,500 per teacher / academic year
Up to 125 hours of online mentoring via Zoom, providing teachers with consistent, practical and reflective support throughout the school year.
The programme includes:

Regular 1:1 mentoring

Curriculum planning and lesson design support

Guidance with main lesson blocks and classroom delivery

Access to Abiding Heart curriculum resources and yearly plans

Support with assessment, observation and classroom development

Foundations in educational philosophy and child development

Encouragement of reflective practice and ongoing professional growth
The mentoring schedule is flexible, with weekly or fortnightly sessions tailored to the teacher and school’s needs.
Additional mentoring: £60 per contact hour once the 125-hour allocation has been used.
Enhanced Practice and Implementation Track
Enhanced Practice and Implementation Track – £7,500 per teacher / academic year
Up to 140 hours of online mentoring plus 30 hours of in-person classroom support (up to 6 school visit days).
Includes everything in the Foundation Track, plus:

Demonstration and modelling of lessons

Practical, school-specific implementation support

Access to Abiding Heart’s online resources and curriculum materials
Designed for teachers and schools seeking deeper, hands-on support to translate educational principles into confident classroom practice.
Additional mentoring: £60 per contact hour. Travel and accommodation costs apply for schools over 100 miles from Abiding Heart’s centre.
