Paubha Art
Himalayan-Newari Style Painting
Learn Paubha Painting Directly from a Master
Our Paubha art classes are taught by Sudharshan Suwal, an 8th-generation Newari painter, offering students the rare opportunity to learn through direct, personalised guidance.
Whether you join our Introduction to Paubha class or commit to our full-time diploma course, you’ll receive hands-on instruction and individual feedback throughout your learning journey.
You can choose the deity or mandala you wish to paint, with guidance from Sudharshan to help you select a subject that suits your interests and level. As you progress, he provides personalised feedback and practical guidance to help you develop your technique, understanding, and confidence.
Because our teaching approach is intentionally hands-on and personalised, we keep the number of students in each course limited. This ensures that every student receives meaningful one-to-one attention and has the opportunity to learn closely from Sudharshan.
Limited places are available for each course.
