Retreats and Renewal Courses
for Educators and Teachers

We offer one-to-one and small group retreats for teachers, creating dedicated spaces for renewal, reflection, and deep professional development.

Each retreat is individually tailored, allowing you to draw from both our mentoring programme and our personal development courses.

Areas of focus may include:

  • The deeper nature of learning and its philosophical foundations

  • Human development as a dynamic and unfolding journey

  • Inquiry into the nature of reality and its significance for education

  • The inner life and development of the teacher

  • Reflective practice and contemplative arts as pathways to presence and awareness

  • Personal development retreats (for more information, please see our personal development courses section)

Our Approach

At the heart of our retreats is a commitment to supporting both the outer art of teaching and the inner life of the teacher.

These retreats offer a space to:

  • Step back from the demands of daily teaching

  • Reconnect with the deeper purpose of education

  • Restore energy, clarity, and inspiration

Through this, we help cultivate environments where:

  • Teachers feel renewed, grounded, and replenished

  • Children feel safe, inspired, and free to grow into who they are
