Mentoring Teachers and Curriculum Support Service 

Enhanced Practice and Implementation Track

 

£7,500 per teacher / academic year

  • Up to 140 hours of mentoring online or at Abiding Heart’s centre

  • Up to 30 hours of in-person school support (4–6 visit days)

  • Access to online learning resources, curriculum content, and lecture/practical lesson recordings

Additional Mentoring

Should the allocated contact hours be exceeded, additional mentoring is available at £60 per contact hour.

 

Designed for teachers and schools seeking deeper classroom integration and hands-on implementation support within the school environment. It supports the deepening of teacher training through a balanced approach that brings together mentoring and teacher education.

Everything in the Foundation Mentoring Track, plus:

  • In-person mentoring and classroom support (4–6 days per academic year)

  • Classroom observation and individualised feedback

  • Demonstration and modelling of lessons in real classroom settings

  • Guidance tailored to the specific needs of the class, teacher, and school context

 

In-Person Support Details

  • The above fee includes up to 6 in-person visit days (30 hours total)

  • This rate applies to schools located within 100 miles of Abiding Heart’s centre

  • For schools beyond this distance, travel and accommodation costs will be charged additionally

 

Flexible Mentoring Structure

As with the Foundation Track, online mentoring is delivered flexibly.

 

In-person visits are scheduled throughout the year to support key teaching periods and implementation stages.

 

Flexibility in scheduling, allowing mentors and educators to arrange sessions around their work and personal commitments, while also accommodating participants based in different time zones.

 

This track is ideal for schools and teachers who benefit from seeing practice in action, receiving direct feedback, and being supported in translating educational principles into lived classroom experience.
