I confirm that I carefully read and understood the Abiding Heart Education Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, and Legal Notification contained in the above Articles 1-31 and Annex I, and I agree to comply with all Abiding Heart Education Terms and Conditions, policies, procedures stated in Article 1-31 and Annex I.
Once signed, this Agreement is legally held while engaging with Abiding Heart Education, during and after the programme has ended.
I understand that, by typing my name on the signature line below and electronically submitting this Registration Form, my signature is valid and legally binding; and I am agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures- visa my electronic signature, and having it be legally binding upon me.
