From the moment they arrive, our children constantly grow and change. Trying to figure out what the child is asking us through their behaviour can be a challenge and is one of the biggest catch up parents continuously have for the rest of their lives in relation to their child. 

The Abiding Heart’s approach to contemplative parenting includes a gentle support to parents in need of answers of how to understand their ever changing child in order to meet their needs. The Abiding Heart’s family psychologist meets parents in an open forum to answer questions.
