Coming Home
One on One Personal Development Workshops
“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” bell hooks
What is Coming Home?

Coming Home combines biography work—exploring our life stories—with contemplative philosophy, meditation, and experiential arts. In each workshop, we explore themes of your life story, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. These workshops aim to help you uncover your inner strength and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Biography work focuses on understanding the nature of the human being by studying one’s own life as a living text. Rooted in the principle of causality, this approach helps us recognise the patterns of cause and effect in our lives. By learning to “read the script” of our biography, we begin to lift the veil and rediscover our true nature. This process reveals the interconnectedness, change or impermanence, and underlying laws that shape our existence—leading us toward awakening and deeper self-awareness.
The purpose of biography work is to cultivate a vivid imagination of what it means to be human, alongside an understanding of the rhythms and stages of personal development. It also fosters awareness of how meaningful human encounters support growth and healing. Through this work, we awaken new levels of understanding and engage with the fundamental questions and challenges that arise in modern life.
Biography encourages participants to confront their own existential questions and unlock their creative potential. Ultimately, it seeks to deepen self-knowledge and open a path toward inner development—heightening sensitivity, ethical awareness, and a richer experience of life.
