In this relaxed, retreat-style workshop, we explore our life story through biography work and the law of cause and effect that underlies it. As we learn to read the script of our life, we begin to lift the veil and rediscover our authentic self. Biography becomes a path to understanding causality—and, through that, helps us wake up.
During the workshop, we engage with the laws and rhythms of biography and the nature of human encounters. These explorations help build a foundation for compassion-based relationships and deepen our understanding of what it means to be human.
Together, we work with our life story as a tool for awakening new consciousness—one that brings clarity to the questions and challenges of our time. Through guided reflection, creative exercises, and shared inquiry, we invite participants to connect with their existential questions and become more aware of the impact they have on others.
A key aspect of the workshop is the practice of deep listening—not only to our own life stories, but also to those of others. By meeting one another with reverence and genuine interest, we open the possibility of meaningful connection and come into contact with our own untapped potential.
