Child Development From Birth to Re-birth

The study of consciousness through the intersection of Buddhism, developmental science and holistic perspectives
Through six short online courses, students will develop an in-depth understanding of Buddhist human development, Developmental Science, and a holistic understanding of the Nature of the Human Being. Forming part of Abiding Heart's kindergarten teacher diploma, these courses explore physical, socio-economical, cognitive, and spiritual development, from conception and birth to childhood through adult development and the Bardos of death.
The courses range between one and three weeks, and the daily 3-hour schedule consists of: a lecture, a discussion, and Q&A. Please note that the sessions are live and will not be recorded. Course 1 explores the key concepts underpinning all 6 courses, and can be taken individually.

Anyone is welcome to join (virtually) for one or more weeks based on the modules that interest you, and detailed below. We encourage you to attend if you are interested in extending your learning of childhood development through a Buddhist view and a Steinerian/Waldorf methodology.
